Jessica Barber has been hired as a part-time editorial intern at the Jewish News. Barber, a journalism student at Arizona State University, moved to Arizona last summer from Socorro, N.M., where she attended New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.

Kluger Media Group, LLC has formed KMG Impact, a division of the strategic communications and public relations firm, located in Scottsdale.

Arizona State University West Education Professor Ronald D. Glass received the 2001 Martin Luther King, Jr., Living the Dream Award from the City of Phoenix Human Relations Council for actively promoting diversity at ASU West and in the community.

John Ruskay, executive vice president and CEO of the UJA Federation of New York, has been appointed chairman of the Professional Advisory committee of the Hornstein Program in Jewish Communal Service at Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass.

Attorney Jane C. Fennelly has opened a law office at 2916 N. Seventh Ave., Suite 208, Phoenix.
