YLD hosts regional conferenceThe Young Leadership Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix is hosting the United Jewish Communities Western Region Young Leadership Outreach Conference, Feb. 16-18.Confirmed speakers include Cindy Chupak, writer and co-executive producer for "Sex in the City"; Stuart Schoffman, associate editor and columnist for the Jerusalem Report; Sabi Shabtai, internationally recognized authority on terrorism; and Craig Taubman, singer and songwriter. Session titles will include Jewish Spirituality, God@ Heaven&Earth.com; Peace Today, Gone Tomorrow: What's Really Going On in the Holy Land; Making Your Sex Life Kosher. The Saturday night party - open to everyone, not just conference attendees - will be sponsored by the UJC missions department and will take place at Jackson's on 3rd, 245 E. Jackson St., Phoenix. The conference will be held at the downtown Hyatt Regency, 122 N. Second St., Phoenix. Cost is $295 per person, which includes all meals and programs but not accommodations.
