Professor Allison P. Coudert of the Jewish Studies Program at Arizona State University has been appointed to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Institute for Advanced Studies for the summer of 2001. She will lecture on "Jews and Judaism Through the Eyes of Others."

Jan Jacobson, president of JB Communications in Phoenix, has been elected president of the Rocky Mountain Southwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
