Carly Raina Anderson, daughter of Lisa and Doug-las Anderson of Paradise Valley, will become a bat mitzvah Dec. 2, 2000, at Temple Beth Israel.
Grandparents are Norma and Howard Anderson of Phoenix; and Florence and Ernest Weinrib of Atlantic Beach, N.Y.

Matthew Nathan Teadt, son of Heidi and Troy Teadt of Louisiana, will celebrate his bar mitzvah Dec. 2, 2000, at Gates of Prayer Synagogue in Metairie, La.
Grandparents are Judy and Al Reznik of Phoenix; Laura and Ted Teadt of Glendale; and Sandy and Bob Caylor of Chandler.

Sarah Devora Koppell Rubenstein, daughter of Rabbi Bonnie Koppell and David Rubenstein of Mesa, became a bat mitzvah Nov. 25, 2000, at Temple Beth Sholom.
Grandparents are Sandra and Leo Koppell of New York City; Anne Rubenstein of Los Angeles; Edith Wilcox of Laguna Hills, Calif.; and the late Sam Rubenstein.

Stephanie Rose Jerzy, daughter of Cindy and David Jerzy of Phoenix, will become a bat mitzvah Dec. 2, 2000, at Temple Chai.
Grandparents are the late Sylvia Jerzy and the late Rose Boxer.
