Mercer Lane, Scottsdale.Keith Greenberg is the new superintendent of the Phoenix Water Services Department, Water Production Division. Robyn Ferracane has been named Scottsdale Greasepaint Youtheatre's interim artistic director. Ferracane has been teaching theater locally for 15 years. Sylvia Manlove is the new dean of student services for GateWay Community College in Phoenix. She was previously the assistant dean of student services at Rio Salado College. Salt River Project has named the recipients of this year's Karl F. Abel Volunteer Recognition Award: Robert T. Anderson, Chandler; Karen G.
