Alla Levy is the new region manager for North America of the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI). Her position will include the supervision and coordination of services by JAFI to the North American Jewish community.

The Leona Group recently moved its corporate headquarters to Phoenix from East Lansing, Mich. The new offices are located at 1313 E. Osborn Road, Suite 100, Phoenix. It is the largest public charter school company.

Kraig J. Marton has joined the firm of Sacks Tierney as a partner. He will be a member of the firm's litigation practice group.

Steve Nielsen has been selected as director of redevelopment, neighborhood planning and urban design within the Development Services Department for the city of Tempe.

Board members for the recently formed Arizona chapter of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council are Nannette Kelley, chairwoman; Patricia Ryan, chairwoman-elect; Lupe Barto, secretary; Linda-Marie Tihkan, treasurer; Patty Briguglio, business owner representative; and Terry Williams, executive director.

The Martz Agency celebrated its 20th anniversary in business in September.
