People on the move

Marvin M. Freeman, owner of Marvin M. Freeman Creative Services, has been named to the board of directors of the Laynor Foundation Museum, a nonprofit organization that provides art scholarships to college students in financial need.

Joel Kaplan has been appointed as B'nai B'rith International's chairman of the executive. His duties include serving as the direct liaison to the presidents of the B'nai B'rith United States Regions.

Sanford Love recently joined the staff at Jewish News of Greater Phoenix as an advertising account executive. He brings to the position more than 22 years of experience in advertising and marketing. He is the father of Dan of Phoenix, and grandfather of Leighanne of Chicago.
