Obituaries

Dorothy Fellenbaum

Dorothy G. Fellenbaum of Scottsdale died Oct. 2, 2000. She was 74.

She was born in Memphis, Tenn., and moved to Arizona five years ago from Las Vegas. She was a homemaker and a member of Women's American ORT and United Order of True Sisters.

Survivors include her daughters, Susan Rudolph of Paradise Valley and Amy Edmondson of Dry Ridge, Ky.; son, Francis of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Services were held at Sinai Mortuary Chapel, with Rabbi William C. Berk officiating. Arrangements were by Sinai Mortuary.

Rochelle Brill

Rochelle Gail Brill of Phoenix died Oct. 1, 2000. She was 53.

She was born in Queens, N.Y., and was a homemaker. Survivors include her sons, Steven and Daniel; mother, Anne Bloom; brothers, Lawrence Bloom, Allyn Bloom and Barry Bloom.

Services were held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were by Green Acres Mortuary.



Phillip Fingerhut

Phillip A. Fingerhut of Phoenix died Sept. 28, 2000. He was 65.

He was born in Toledo, Ohio, and moved to Arizona 30 years ago. He was a certified public accountant and established Fingerhut and Company. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. He was past president of the Boys and Girls clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix; past president of the Arizona Club; and a member of Temple Beth Israel.

Survivors include his wife, Joan; his daughter, Andrea Greene of Phoenix; son, Sidney of Scottsdale; father, Harry of Phoenix; brother, Fred of Phoenix; and three grandchildren.

Services were held at Sinai Mortuary Chapel, with Rabbi Kenneth I. Segel officiating. Arrangements were by Sinai Mortuary.

Contributions are suggested to Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, 2645 N. 24th St., Phoenix 85008.



Beatrice Levine

Beatrice Levine of Sun City West died Oct. 2, 2000. She was 83.

She was born in New York City and moved to Arizona from Florida in 1997. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Marilyn Barocas of Sun City West; and two grandchildren.

Services were held at Sunland Lakeside Chapel. Arrangements were by Sunland Mortuary.
