Maxine Leano has joined the Temple Solel staff as the new executive director. She formerly worked as the administrator of the New City Jewish Center in New City, N.Y., for nine years.

William Craig Miller, of John Hancock Financial Services in Scottsdale, has achieved the designation of Certified Financial Planner by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Miller also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designations.
