Neil Zalut & Keren Hazan

Keren Hazan of Ramat Gan, Israel, and Neil Zalut of Tel Aviv, Israel, announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Esther and Shmuel Hazan of Ramat Gan; and Beverly and Hank Zalut of Phoenix.

The bride-to-be is a student at Bar Ilan University, studying psychology and criminology.

The groom-to-be has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Arizona State University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois. He is an engineer at Tower Semi-Conductor.

A summer 2001 wedding in Tel Aviv is planned.


Michelle Eller & Jeffrey Koch

Michelle Robin Eller and Jeffrey Daniel Koch, both of Los Angeles, announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Richard and Bobbi Eller of Phoenix; and Thomas and Joyce Koch of Las Vegas.

The bride-to-be has a bachelor's degree in theater arts from the University of Washington and is an administrative assistant at Peterson Publications Group.

The groom-to-be has a bachelor's degree in communications from Purdue University and is the features editor at Hotrod Magazine.

A 2001 wedding in Pend O'Reille Lake, Idaho, is planned.
