People on the moveJan Jacobson, president of JB Communications in Phoenix, received the Governor's Emmy Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences at the 23rd Annual Rocky Mountain Emmy Awards. Patrick Eng has joined the firm of Salomon Smith Barney of Phoenix, as a financial consultant. Desert Voices Oral Learning Center in Phoenix has appointed Harriett Choffel as executive director. She has 20 years experience in oral deaf education. Sue Bustamante has been named senior accountant for Abalos & Associates in Phoenix. Gordon Lewis has joined the firm of Brown and Bain in Tucson.
