Holocaust survivor discusses book

Hadassah, Valley of the Sun chapter, features Betty Schimmel, Holocaust survivor and author of "To See You Again," at its opening membership event, 5:30-8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 12, at Orange Tree Resort, 10601 N. 56th St., Phoenix.

Cost of $30 includes a light dairy meal.
