Amy Golden of Columbus, Ohio, and Michael Greenland of Gahanna, Ohio, announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Terri and Robert Golden of Phoenix; and Roberta and Jay Greenland of Springfield, Ohio.
The bride-to-be received a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a master's degree in education from the University of Texas. She is currently a Ph.D. student at Ohio State University.
The groom-to-be received a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University. He is a director of special projects at Aetna Building Maintenance.
A November wedding in Phoenix is planned.
