Obituaries

Robert Gamzon

Robert Gamzon of Sun City West died May 27, 2000. He was 74.

He was born in New York and moved to Arizona in 1996 from New York. He was a sales executive, a member of Sun City West Men's Club and he served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Adele; daughters, Marcy Gamzon of Rochester, NY, Shari Feldheim of East Meadow, NY, and Lori Winter of Plainview, NY; and six grandchildren.

Services were held at Sunland Lakeside Chapel. Arrangements were by Sunland Mortuary of Sun City.

Contributions are suggested to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 4647 N. 32nd St., Phoenix 85018.



Rose Schwartz

Rose Schwartz of Phoenix died May 27, 2000. She was 94.

She was born in Russia. She was a homemaker and she belonged to NA'AMAT Women and Kivel Care Auxillary.

Survivors include her daughters, Gloria A. Kasper and Phillis N. Miller, both of Phoenix; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in Phoenix, with Rabbi Albert Plotkin officiating. Arrangements were by Sinai Mortuary.

Contributions are suggested to Kivel Care Center, 3020 N. 36th St., Phoenix 85018.



Julius Wagner

Julius Wagner of Scottsdale died May 27, 2000. He was 74.

He was born in Chicago and moved to Arizona 20 years ago from California. He was CEO and founder of Jet Air Freight and Hi Tech Industries and he served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Rachel; daughters, Donna Wagner Meyers of San Diego and Jeri Wagner of London; brother, Leonard Wagner of Laguna Hills, Calif., and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in San Diego. Arrangements were by Sinai Mortuary.
