Israeli singer to perform free concert

Yoel Sharabi, an Israeli singer and guitarist, will perform a free concert at 7:15 p.m. Monday, May 22, at Temple Chai, 4645 E. Marilyn Road, Phoenix.

Sharabi is considered a master of modern Israeli, classic Yemenite and popular Chasidic melodies. He has performed in concert halls and on stages throughout the world.

The concert is organized by the Bureau of Jewish Education, Beth Joseph Congregation, Temple Chai, the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix and the Greater Phoenix Community Kollel. Concert sponsor is Project INA - Institute for New & Advanced Jewish Education Programs - of the Kollel.
