Deborah Glazer
Benjamin Lehrer
Thea Glazer of Scottsdale; David and Karen Glazer of Scarsdale, N.Y.; and Robert and Ruthann Lehrer of Santa Monica, Calif., announce the engagement of their children, Deborah Glazer and Benjamin Lehrer of Los Angeles. The bride-to-be has a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree from Harvard University in education of high-risk children and adolescents. She is the West Coast director of Peace Games, a youth violence-prevention organization. The groom-to-be has a bachelor's degree in Russian Studies and a law degree from Harvard University. He is an associate with the law firm of Christiansen, Miller et al in Los Angeles. A September wedding in Los Angeles is planned.
