On the first day of religious school at Temple Beth Sholom of the East Valley, a Conservative synagogue in Chandler, students learned how to dress appropriately for synagogue services.
First they made a collage – one side of the paper showing appropriate choices, the other side inappropriate. The students were then joined by their parents for a fashion show with the madrichim appearing as models who wore both appropriate and inappropriate clothes.
