Escape the Phoenix-area heat by traveling to California this August with Bureau of Jewish Education educators Andre Ivory and Jay Roth. The BJE has planned a six-day trip for participants to learn about presidential decisions that impacted Israel, Russian Jewry and the American Jewish community. Participants will tour the Nixon and Reagan presidential libraries and enjoy top-notch accommodations and a farewell banquet at a highly rated kosher restaurant in southern California.

Itinerary includes two nights at the Queen Mary Hotel in Long Beach and three nights at the Élan Hotel near Beverly Hills. Cost is $1,300 per person for the trip that takes place Aug. 6-11, 2017. Deadline to reserve a spot is May 15. For more information, visit bjephoenix.org.
