The Bureau of Jewish Education has announced its lineup for the 2016 Passages lecture series:

Jan. 10, 2016: Gil Troy, Ph.D., professor of history at McGill University: “Election Time: U.S. Presidents, U.S. Candidates and the Jews,” 7:30 p.m. at Temple Solel in Paradise Valley.

Jan. 17: Capt. Dan Gordon, author, screenwriter and a member of IDF Reserves: “Living the Story: Vanguard for Israel,” 7:30 p.m. at the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus in Scottsdale.

Jan. 24: Peter Greenberg, investigative reporter and producer: “Jewish Travel in Uncertain Times,” 7:30 p.m. at the Ina Levine campus.

Feb. 14: Steven Emerson, expert on terrorism and national security: “Terrorism in the Age of ISIS,” 7:30 p.m. at Beth El Congregation in Phoenix.

Feb. 21: Comedian Joel Chasnoff: “An Evening of Jokes and Laughter,” 7:30 p.m. at Temple Chai in Phoenix.

March 6: Elana Jagoda: “Zum Gali Gali & More: A Family Concert,” 4 p.m. at the Ina Levine campus.

March 13: Producer Nancy Spielberg: “Above and Beyond: The film and producer’s comments on the WWII pilots who helped to create the Israeli Air Force,” 6:30 p.m. at the Ina Levine campus.

Tickets are $18 each, $105 for the series or $200 for the series per couple.
