Congregation Beth Tefillah’s Chesed Committee is reopening the Scottsdale synagogue’s food bank.

The committee is in the process of restocking its pantry and is accepting donations of kosher and nonperishable food, including food containing chametz that people may be wanting to get rid of before Passover.

To donate food or inquire about assistance, contact Fran Charlton, samsie@cox.net or 480-766-2018, or Shelly Basha, skbrn770@yahoo.com. Appointments are required.

Any inquiries for food aid will be held in strict confidence.

Congregation Beth Tefillah is located at 10636 N. 71st Place, Scottsdale.
