Temple Chai will hold its annual Peanut Butter and Fluff Mitzvah Project 4:30-6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, at the synagogue, 4645 E. Marilyn Road, Phoenix. There will also be a Havdalah ceremony.

Participants are asked to bring large jars of peanut butter and Marshmallow Fluff and large loaves of bread. The sandwiches will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul’s food bank. The synagogue will also be collecting socks, underwear, blankets, backpacks, duffel bags and toiletries for the homeless. Contact Erin Wynn, ewynn@templechai.com or 602-971-1234, ext. 228.
