JFCS program readies former foster children to succeed as adults

Krystal has faced some of the many challenges young adults who have aged out of foster care deal with such as homelessness, pregnancy, drug abuse, mental illness and unemployment.

Fortunately, Jewish Family and Children’s Service is there to provide support for young adults like Krystal, who are often not prepared for the real-world obstacles that await them once they are no longer in the foster system.
