The Arizona Region of the American Jewish Committee is paying tribute to four local legal professionals at its annual Judge Learned Hand Awards luncheon, 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix.

Established in 1964, the Judge Learned Hand program honors those who have contributed meaningfully to the legal community and whose work reflects the integrity and broad humanitarian ideals exemplified by Hand, a longtime jurist on the federal bench in New York City who became the first chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
