Girl Scout receives award for documenting Shoah stories: Michelle Greenfield, who graduated from Phoenix Country Day School last fall and is now a freshman at Princeton University, received the Girl Scout Gold Award last month for documenting the stories of Holocaust survivors.

Greenfield, a lifetime member of Girl Scouts, interviewed relatives of survivors and learned how their lives were influenced by the experiences of their family members. She then created a website where she published 12 stories, preserving them for visitors. So far, more than 1,000 people have visited her website, neverforget-neveragain.weebly.com.
