Anti-Trump billboard in Phoenix causes controversy

The brazen billboard of President Donald Trump, sandwiched between blood-red mushroom clouds and swastika-like dollar signs, appeared March 17 to stare down Grand Avenue, making national news and causing some controversy.

The piece, by California artist Karen Fiorito, was commissioned by Gallery La Melgosa in Phoenix. The back of the billboard says “Unity” in large letters with hands spelling out the word in sign language below it.

    I don't see this billboard as anti-Semitic at all. This is clever satire that exposes Trump's love of money and power over all humanity.
