In Yoga Nidra, Meditation Coach Terri Kasier from BreatheAZ will gently guide you through breath techniques, body awareness, and positive intentions to help re-direct and change negative thought patterns. Each step is intended to gently guide you into the “twilight zone” – that state between asleep and awake, where you’re fully conscious but your body and mind are fully at rest.
