This holiday season, those who go the extra mile for Valley children in need will get something magical for themselves in return.

 

The first 500 merry-makers who stop by Macy’s at Scottsdale Fashion Square between 9 a.m. and noon on Saturday, Dec. 7 to donate a new, unwrapped toy during the Scottsdale Fire Department’s Annual Toy Drive will receive a complimentary show ticket to Disney On Ice presents Mickey’s Search Party* (courtesy of Feld Entertainment), an exciting participatory adventure delivering compelling storytelling through multi-leveled production numbers that immerse fans into the fantastic worlds of this all-new ice spectacular featuring Disney-Pixar’s Coco, Frozen, Moana, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Toy Story and The Little Mermaid,. *limit one voucher per person/per donation

 

Once 500 new toys are collected, any additional gift-givers who stop by with a new toy that day or throughout the remainder of the holiday season will receive a 20-percent discount coupon to use toward Disney On Ice tickets. Members of the Scottsdale Fire Department will then pick up the collected toys and distribute them among its affiliated community charities, including the Paiute Neighborhood Center, Cardon Children’s Hospital, Honor Health Hospitals and Arizona Helping Hands.  

 

Tickets received in exchange for donations are available for use when Disney On Ice presents Mickey’s Search Party skates into the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix Jan. 16 through 19, 2020.
