"Robbery of the Heart" tells the story of the small town of Wetter, Germany. Wetter invites Kristallnacht survivors back to the 70th Anniversary of Kristallnacht to re-dedicate the once destroyed, now renovated synagogue into a museum and cultural center. However, both the town of Wetter and its Jewish guests soon realize that not all the problems of the past have been resolved.
