From menorahs and dreidels to latkes and gifts, local children choose to depict Hanukkah in many different ways.

Nearly 200 young artists from more than a dozen schools and synagogues participated in this year’s Jewish News Hanukkah art contest and, as always, the JN staff enjoyed seeing all the ways the contestants painted, colored and drew the joys of the holiday. Congratulations to Noa Wein, a first-grader at Pardes Jewish Day School, for her winning piece of artwork, featured on the front page of Jewish News.
