Matt Cohen, a retired Phoenix attorney with a passion for travel photography, will display 24 photographs next week from his collection that depict sites in Arizona, other places in the U.S. and locations around the world. The exhibit is 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at Fine Mark National Bank & Trust, 7600 Doubletree Ranch Road, Suite 100,  Scottsdale.

His remarks at the free-admission event will center on tips for taking superior photos when you’re traveling. “Photography can be overwhelming,” he told Jewish News by phone while he was in a rural area in Utah photographing scenery, “and there are few people who can advise you on how to take better pictures.”
